This relies on users looking in the attic or garage and digging out items that they no longer need or want but may hold some value. The users then send this to Vintage Cash Cow before receiving a valuation and offer to purchase.

This created a unique challenge of how do you inspire people to raid their attics and lofts for those old antiques that could be worth a bit of cash. They had so many unique items in stock they just needed a way of using these to drive sign-ups.
Knowing that users were not likely to sign up after just seeing an interesting bit of content on Facebook, we created a strategic approach that would generate engagement and build a retargeting audience to be activated with paid adverts.
This funnelling approach allowed us to be creative with their organic posts, using the range of items they had to tell interesting stories with static imagery, live feeds and videos.
Top of Funnel - Drive awareness
The target audience for Vintage was strange, it could be anyone interested in selling old items for cash. Due to a lack of data we leveraged their organic presence to build up a high level of engagement and re-marketed to this audience, aiming to inspire them to take action.

Re-targeting the highly engaged audience we rand ads that told users how to find their valuable items, which were most likely to bring value and importantly how the process with vintage cash cow would work.
Low Funnel - Drive enquiries
Finally, we ran highly specific static creatives with a clear call to action for users to enquiry and sign up.
By driving large engagement and reach through their organic posts, we primed a fresh audience with an incentive of “cash for your vintage items” which was then re-marketed through paid ads that drove sign-ups.
