Swift Go is the motor home arm of Swift Group. After creating the business in 2017 Swift Go put all its digital activity into driving sales, mainly through PPC. Whilst this had grown the business significantly diversification was needed
We were brought in to diversify how they acquired customers, optimising Google Adwords and working on Search Engine Optimisation, CRO and Paid Social.
As 2020 and the global pandemic hit, diversification of their marketing had worked well and bookings were coming in from various channels. However, the shut down of the country hit them as much as it hit anyone else.
As the country opened up consumer confidence was still very low. Swift Go needed to build trust in its brand as the market was competitive and at this point, they were still relatively unknown.
Swift Go has a loyal customer base, but it wasn’t leveraged. We decided we would change this and reached out to all previous customers encouraging them to leave a review on Trustpilot.
Within a few days, we had a large response, recording a 4.9/5 score from hundreds of customers. This allowed us to add the Trustpilot badge to the site and other creatives. To ensure this was beneficial to the users we A/B tested it against a control variant. Measuring the impact on those who progressed to the booking engine, booking and booking value.
Throughout the peak summer season, the whole fleet of motorhomes was fully booked, allowing us to switch focus to driving future demand in 2021.
