Previously having held a client service/strategy role within a performance/digital marketing agency, is essential for this role.

You must be prepared to work in our Hull office a minimum of 2 days per week

Job Description
43 Clicks North are looking for a Client Manager or Senior Client Manager to join our established agency. We are looking for someone who has a hands on approach to client management and thrives on driving client performance to hit key client objectives via performance marketing.

We operate a hybrid working policy; 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. We support flexible working requirements and are keen to ensure employees are supported throughout their employment with the business, offering training, development and career progression.
This is a hire we’re bringing into the business to bolster our already established and successful Client Management team. You will have an excellent working knowledge of SEO, Paid Media and other digital marketing formats and be able to foster excellent working relationships with internal and external parties. The Senior / Client Manager will be a collaborative problem solver, comfortable discussing multi-channel marketing, who keeps marketing solutions & the client at the centre of their thinking.
You’ll be someone who strives to understand the needs of our clients, and be their voice in the agency.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to clients, helping to direct their digital marketing strategy
- Be able to identify larger opportunities to drive client growth
- Be the face of the agency to the client and build deep, long-lasting relationships with key contacts.
- Be a confident presenter who can sell in their vision to ensure client strategies are understood by all parties.
- A natural when it comes to organisation, who can manage & prioritise multiple campaigns, clients & deadlines.
- Immerse yourself in the client’s industries, business and their competitors to understand the challenges & opportunities and inform the direction our strategies take
- Ensure all clients performance run in-line with forecasts
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of SEO and Paid Media channels to aid client strategy
- Previous experience working within a digital agency or within a digital marketing team client-side.
- Strong relationship builder with clients and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to analyse & interpret data to understand how this can be leveraged to influence a client’s strategy
- Handle & interpret client feedback to effectively manage campaign actions and manage the expectations of a client.
- Strong communication skills face to face, over the phone or through email and other electronic platforms.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and abilities in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to understand, analyse and manipulate data to tell a story
- Experience using SEMRush, GA4, Search Console, Google and Meta Ads, and other industry tools
- Understanding of client considerations
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Must be a UK resident or work permit holder
- A keen interest in multi channel advertising across digital and traditional platforms
- Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Proactive with initiative to work autonomously
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Excellent time management
- Comfortable working with the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Digital agency experience
