Job Description
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the digital strategy for a portfolio of awesome clients. As a collaborative problem solver, you will thrive in discussions surrounding multi-channel marketing, ensuring that marketing solutions and the client remain at the heart of your strategic thinking.
We are seeking an individual who goes beyond the surface, delving deep to comprehend the unique needs of our clients. As a Client Strategist, you will not only understand these needs but also become their voice within our agency. If you are ready to take ownership of digital strategies, forge strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of our clients and our agency, then this is the perfect role for you.
You’ll be someone who strives to understand the needs of our clients, and be their voice in the agency.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to clients, helping to direct their digital marketing strategy and planning and able to identify larger opportunities to drive client growth
- Be the face of the agency to the client and build deep, long-lasting relationships with key contacts.
- Be a confident presenter who can sell in their vision to ensure client strategies are understood by all parties.
- A natural when it comes to organisation, who can manage & prioritise multiple campaigns, clients & deadlines.
- Immerse yourself in the client’s industries, business and their competitors to understand the challenges & opportunities and inform the direction to be taken by the client team.
- To monitor key competitors and flag potential impact on strategy and propositions
- Ensure all projects run profitably in-line with forecasts and that costs are in-line with expectations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience working within a digital agency or within a marketing team client-side.
- Someone who can see the bigger picture and shape a strategy to get there
- Strong evidence of building relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- A natural organiser & a great relationship builder
- The ability to analyse & interpret data to understand how this can be leveraged to influence a client’s strategy
- A confident presenter
- Handle & interpret client feedback to effectively manage campaign actions and manage the expectations of a client.
- Strong communication skills face to face, over the phone or through email and other electronic platforms.
- Experience of delivering projects on time and to specification
The Package
- Salary - £25,000 depending on experience
- 30 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays per year
- Flexible working - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
