SEO Manager
43 Clicks North are looking for an SEO Manager to join our established SEO team. We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of SEO, and who has a minimum of 2 years experience, directly running SEO campaigns for clients, including client management.

Job Description
As a key part of the SEO team you’ll be immersed in the world of organic search, content, links, and much more! We’re looking for someone with the ability to think outside of the box and grow within the team structure we have
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our SEO team in the management of our client campaigns..You will have an understanding of the underlying principles of Search Engine Optimisation and will have a proven track record of improving websites organic performance through the implementation of SEO techniques.
Working within our already established SEO team, you will carry out a variety of tasks to help drive performance. Exposure to other areas of digital marketing is also something that you will benefit from, as you work across a range of clients in the agency. Reporting to our Head of SEO, you will be given training and exposure to industry leading tools to expand and improve your knowledge and abilities.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Working directly with SEO clients and colleagues in planning and implementing SEO campaigns and digital marketing strategies;
- Assisting with client management including regular and comprehensive reporting, phone calls and video conferencing;
- Attending client meetings to report on latest SEO results and action plans
- Market and keyword research to identify opportunities;
- Carry out technical audits and analysis on clients websites, and producing actions plans on how to address issues found
- Creating on page content briefs based on keyword research, client need and competitor performance
- Producing back link analysis and devising plans to improve the backlink profile for clients
- Manage a portfolio of clients, and work within a team to help manage existing clients
Knowledge and Experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of SEO
- Excellent knowledge and abilities in Excel / Google Sheets
- Good understanding of web development
- Experience using SEMRush, Screaming Frog, AHRefs and other SEO tools
- Understanding of content optimisation considerations
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Good attention to detail;
- Must be a UK resident or work permit holder
Qualifications and Skills
- An interest in analysing data; comfortable using formulas, pivot tables and VLookup functions to aid analysis
- A keen interest in multi channel advertising across digital and traditional platforms
- Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Proactive with initiative to work autonomously
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Excellent time management
- Comfortable working with the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
